The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — The 55ww website and all its services, games, and features.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "We" or "55ww" — The organization operating the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Funds" — Money held in a user's account.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment account used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• 55ww reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

55ww provides various promotional offers. The general terms and conditions for bonuses are as follows:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: A deposit of ৳34,000 earns a ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Taking advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 55ww reserves the right to suspend the account or forfeit funds.
• In any dispute, the decision of 55ww will be considered final.

All games on the 55ww platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use fair play technology that ensures every game result is completely random and not predetermined.

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.

• In sports betting, bets placed after the market has closed may not be accepted.
